Aside from being crazy busy with work we have booked a holiday for Christmas holidays to this magical place..... with a 2 night stay in Paris, then a 3 night stay at Explorers hotel near Disney :)
It all came about because my friend and her husband were going away to Florida on holiday, and as I used to work over there, she called to ask my advice on some things. This got me really thinking about Disney and I spent the rest of the day looking at holidays to Florida. Now, anyone who's been to Florida will know its not a budget break, especially now I can only go in the school holidays. The holiday itself was around £2k, then there's park tickets and the rest on top. While we could actually afford it, its not really a priority when we are trying to save a deposit for a house. Robert left for football that night, expecting me to have blown £2k + of our savings by the time he returned. But luckily my head ruled over my heart, and I restrained myself, but was feeling a bit miserable about it when he appeared home. So he suggested well why not try Paris and see how that works out... and so we did! We go on 29th December, and our first night in Disney will be New Years Eve. I've never been to DLP before, and Robert has never been to Disney at all so it's very exciting!
I'm still obsessed with the idea of Florida mind you, and i've been planning an imaginary 3 week trip, that I hope will come into reality in a few years time... maybe even as a possible honeymoon if we decide to get married... who knows ;)
I'm off school this week so I shall try to get back into the habit of blogging more regularly again, hope my readers haven't deserted me but I wouldnt blame you if you had!
